Mixed comments: several guests called rooms and breakfast areas clean and well kept, but a few noted a tired bathroom and one comment about dusty windows from nearby works — slightly below excellent.

Consistently praised staff: described as helpful, very friendly and courteous in multiple languages; only minor operational gripe about waiting at a locked entrance at times.

Strongly positive: repeatedly highlighted as right opposite the station, very central, short walk to the cathedral/old town — excellent for train travel and sightseeing.

Generally comfortable beds and some modern, spacious rooms reported, but several guests mentioned small rooms, limited storage/wardrobe space and no minibar/fridge in some rooms.

Good basic amenities: reliable breakfast area, air conditioning in rooms, tea/coffee making facilities noted; negatives include no minibar/fridge in rooms, limited wardrobe space and offsite/expensive parking arrangements.
